Are you ready to lead holistic design discussions and shape the future of architecture? MHTN Architects is seeking a licensed Project Architect who is passionate about guiding projects through their entire life cycle across various markets and project types.

As a Project Architect, you will:
  • Lead projects and teams through all design phases, ensuring exceptional quality and service to clients.
  • Participate in charrettes with stakeholders, lead parti’s and pin-ups, and tell compelling design stories that inspire innovation.
  • Solve design problems and present innovative solutions by collaborating with architectural experts, landscape architects, interior designers, and planners.
  • Promote socially and environmentally responsible design practices through thoughtful discussions with clients.
  • Make informed decisions on architectural techniques and problem-solving while managing budgets and schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Set an example for excellent communication by clearly presenting well-organized information to team members and clients, reaching design consensus, and organizing project and document production with Project Managers.
Your proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, and communication systems like Microsoft Teams will enable you to execute your responsibilities seamlessly. With a mastery of building and accessibility codes, regulatory standards, and a solid understanding of engineering systems and construction detailing, you will have the opportunity to grow in new directions, guided by your personal passions and supported by a forward-thinking firm.
